Podcast episode 14 is now up on YouTube for you to watch.
It contains a new cowl that I’ve made for my mother-in-law’s birthday. I will be releasing the pattern for free on my blog soon, so please subscribe to this blog if you’d like to be notified when it’s available.
This month, I’m joining in with Hobbii yarn‘s Hobbii Love Fest challenge, which is all about celebrating the love of your craft. For this, I’m making a tapestry crochet scarf or wrap with their lovely Twister yarn. If you look closely at the picture, you can see that I’ve just got to the first colour change – exciting times!
I also share the progress I’ve made on the tapestry crochet squares I’m making, which is probably going to be quite a long-term project, but a very enjoyable one. As you can see, I’m varying the central colours but keeping the main and outer ones the same.
I didn’t show it (probably should have done though!), but I also chatted a bit about my Juniper Jumper (pattern from Little Golden Nook), and future plans to make the Confetti DK Pullover, which is a beautiful pattern from Nomad Stitches.
Finally, I have a new blanket pattern out in issue 78 of Crochet Now magazine, which came out on Thursday. Hard copies of the magazine are available in stores in the UK or from www.craftstash.co.uk, or you can get a digital copy via the PocketMags app.
