New Dawn Shawl

Hi Everyone,

I hope you’re all keeping well and have lots of lovely crochet projects on the go. The weather is turning chillier here so it’s a great time to think about layering up with some new scarves or shawls..

Speaking of which, I may have just the thing for you!

My New Dawn shawl pattern, which was first published in Issue 69 of Crochet Now magazine in May, is now available for you to purchase in both my Etsy and Ravelry stores.

The shawl has several sections, including a central section which, of course, uses a spot of tapestry crochet.  There are also two fun bobble sections which add a great touch of texture to the shawl.

I made my shawl in bright summery colours from King Cole’s Cottonsoft DK range (100% cotton), but I think it would also look fab in more neutral or earthy autumnal tones.  I’d really love to see this design worked up in more colour combinations!

I hope you enjoy this new pattern.  Do tag me in any social media posts if you have a go at it – I’d love to see!
